Key job responsibilities




Manage multiple traffic channels for select products including site merchandizing, outbound marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, and search engine marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and customer engagement
Design and execute store-wide promotions by collaborating closely with Category Managers and Instock Managers to schedule, implement, and optimize promotional campaigns that enhance customer experience
Own the customer experience of category pages by experimenting with and optimizing merchandizing assets, designing monthly deployment of category properties, and tracking customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase
Analyze business performance metrics and conduct research to identify problems and opportunities, engaging cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve conversion rates and overall business impact
