Role Description We are looking for a passionate engineer and technical communicator to record high-quality, engaging video content on Data Structures & Algorithms, Backend Systems, and Up-to-date AI/LLMs. You will transform complex software engineering concepts into clear, structured, and visually compelling video lessons for learners preparing for tech careers.

What You’ll Do
• Record Video Content: Deliver structured video tutorials, live-coding sessions, and problem-solving breakdowns with clear voiceover and screen recordings.
• Curate Code & Explanations: Write clean,



production-ready code in Java or Python and design clear slides/diagrams for backend and AI topics.
• Design Learning Modules: Create modular video lessons covering DSA patterns, backend architectures, system design, and AI fundamentals.

What We’re Looking For
• Technical Depth: Strong hands-on proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms, Java or Python, and core backend concepts (REST APIs, Databases, System Design).
• AI Knowledge: Working understanding of LLMs, Prompting, RAG, or AI framework integration.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English, energetic delivery, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Tech Setup: Access to a quiet recording workplace, decent microphone, and screen recording tool (e.g., OBS, Loom, Camtasia).
• Prior Experience: Previous technical teaching, YouTube recording, or corporate training experience is a strong plus.
