Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Secretary role based in Meerut. The Company Secretary will oversee corporate governance and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and secretarial standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining statutory registers and records, preparing board and general meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and coordinating filings with regulatory authorities.



The role involves advising the board on governance matters, supporting the drafting and review of company policies, and assisting in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate disclosures. The Company Secretary will collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely compliance, risk mitigation, and transparent communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Completion of Company Secretary (CS) qualification from ICSI; bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI and MCA regulations (as applicable), secretarial standards, and governance best practices.
• Experience in maintaining statutory records, preparing minutes, drafting resolutions, and managing regulatory filings and compliance calendars.
• Proficiency in business communication, report writing, and documentation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
