Senior Sales Executive – Enterprise Solutions
Location: New Delhi (On-site) Employment Type: Full time
Role Overview
Make outbound calls to companies, business owners, procurement teams and decision-makers.
Introduce Venqon and explain its B2B procurement and tender solutions.
Identify customer requirements and qualify potential prospects.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant Venqon solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Achieve daily and weekly calling, lead-generation and meeting targets.
Maintain a strong and disciplined follow-up process.
Learn and develop knowledge of procurement, tenders, RFQs and B2B SaaS solutions.
What We Are Looking For
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development or B2B sales.
Prior experience in B2B calling is strongly preferred.
Experience in B2B, e-commerce, SaaS, enterprise sales or business services will be an advantage.
Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Good Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
Confident speaking with business owners, senior professionals and decision-makers.
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion and follow-up abilities.
