Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager role based in Chennai. The HVAC Manager will oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of HVAC systems across assigned properties, ensuring optimal environmental comfort,



energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with plumbing and other building services teams, and managing service contractors and vendors. The role involves responding to tenant and client service requests, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Manager will also support budgeting and cost control for building services, maintain documentation and service records, and collaborate with property management and sales teams to support client retention and business growth.
