Social Media Marketing Intern
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In office / Hybrid)

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, curious Social Media Marketing Intern to join our Noida team and help us create scroll-stopping content and grow our online community. You'll be involved in the full content cycle: coming up with ideas, shooting and editing on your phone, posting, and tracking what works. If you live on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms, and love turning ideas into engaging videos, this is for you.

What You'll Do
• Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
• Shoot photos and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) using a smartphone
• Edit content on mobile using apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or Adobe Express
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, and effects that suit each platform
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, trends, and content series
• Write engaging captions, hooks,



and hashtags
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
• Engage with the community by replying to comments and DMs
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, followers) and share simple weekly reports
• Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and viral formats to bring fresh ideas to the team

What We're Looking For
Must-have skills
• Comfortable shooting good-quality photos and videos on a smartphone (framing, lighting, stable shots, clear audio)
• Hands-on experience editing videos on mobile apps such as CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar
• Strong understanding of short-form content formats like Reels and Shorts
• Good written communication in English and Hindi (Hinglish content skills are a plus)
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Basic design skills using Canva or a similar tool
