Role Description The Yoga Instructor will conduct daily yoga classes for employees, focusing on physical well-being, mental relaxation, and stress management. Responsibilities include planning and leading sessions that incorporate styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, demonstrating proper postures, providing individual guidance,



and ensuring safe practice for participants at varying skill levels. The role also involves educating participants on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and basic lifestyle practices that support holistic wellness, as well as organizing special workshops and wellness events as needed. This is a full time, on-site role based at the company’s Hyderabad location, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with HR and management to promote a healthy workplace culture.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, including the ability to design and lead structured group and individual sessions.
