Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate salary structures, equity plans, and bonus frameworks.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll cycles.
• Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit plan offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.




• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
