Postion Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room revenue, developing corporate and travel trade partnerships, building strategic pricing and rate strategies, and expanding the resort's market presence across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments.
The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet, MICE, and overall business targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, MICE, wedding, leisure, and group segments.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, client acquisition, account development, and regular sales calls.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Lead the sales team,



establish individual targets, review performance, and ensure achievement of overall revenue objectives.

2. Corporate Sales & Key Account Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business houses, industrial organizations, and local companies.
• Establish corporate tie-ups, negotiate corporate rates, and secure long-term business agreements.
• Generate business for room nights, conferences, meetings, residential conferences, corporate events, and social functions.
• Manage key accounts through regular client visits, business reviews, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase share of business from existing corporate accounts.

3. Travel Agent & Travel Trade Relationship Management
• Build and strengthen relationships with travel agents, tour operators, destination management companies, and travel partners.
