THE ROLE

The Capacity Accelerator Program (CAP) aims to transform care practices in Child Care Institutions (CCIs), by addressing the severe limitations in funding, access to expertise and contextualized support that they face.

We are on the lookout for individuals who are driven to make an impact in the child-care ecosystem and are excited by the prospect of catalysing organizational development and transformation at Child Care Institutions.

As a Sr. Manager/Head, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of the program by bringing field insights, data and learnings into program strategy and decision-making. Working closely with the leadership team,



you will contribute to the evolution of our approach to organisational capacity-building across the sector.

Through the role, you will develop a working knowledge of all domains that impact adult outcomes for children and organizational sustainability such as - healthcare, education, mental health, life skills, fundraising, staff development etc. You will also develop expertise in program implementation, operational planning, people management and co-ordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the strategic direction and outcomes of the Capacity Accelerator Program, leading implementation across partner Child Care Institutions wholly owning program impact.
• Architect and continuously evolve program systems, SOPs, and learning frameworks by translating field insights, research, and partnerships into scalable, evidence-based practices.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Embedded Managers, setting clear direction and creating an environment for effective, autonomous execution.
