Kshetrapal Multispeciality Hospital, a well-established 200-bed hospital in Ajmer, invites applications from experienced healthcare professionals to establish, develop, and lead its Department of Preventive Health & Executive Health Check-ups.

Our Strengths

Our hospital has:
- An average of 500 OPD patients daily (range 450–650)
- Approximately 40 inpatient admissions daily
- Advanced pathology laboratory and diagnostic imaging facilities, including CT, MRI, and PET-CT
- Experienced cardiologists, physicians, gastroenterologists, and other super-specialists
- An established patient base and comprehensive multispeciality infrastructure

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing corporate and institutional health-check partnerships
• Coordinating diagnostic services and specialist consultations
• Developing evidence-based preventive and executive health-check programmes
• Increasing patient participation and departmental revenue
• Building an efficient, patient-friendly and financially sustainable department





Eligibility

• Candidates should have proven experience in establishing, managing, or successfully expanding preventive health services in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate measurable achievements in patient acquisition, revenue growth, and departmental management.
