Role Summary
The Sales Manager – Senior Living will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, supervising the sales team, converting prospective customers into residents and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer meetings and site visits, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth, relationship-led buying experience for prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities




· Manage daily sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Guide, supervise and support the sales team in lead management, customer engagement, follow-ups and deal closures.
· Monitor enquiries received through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, channel partners and other sources.
· Conduct project presentations, customer meetings and site visits for prospective residents and their families.
· Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets and recommend suitable residences and lifestyle offerings.
· Maintain and review the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and effective conversion of leads into bookings.
· Track individual sales team performance, conversion ratios and lead response times, and take corrective action where required.
· Coordinate with the Sales Head to implement sales strategies, promotional activities and revenue improvement initiatives.
