Position: Assistant Manager - Accounts
Location: Aerocity, Current Delhi
Department: Finance & Accounts
About the Role
To manage Inventory Accounting, and Warehouse Accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, financial controls, inventory reconciliation, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accounting
• Manage and monitor inventory accounting processes across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams for inventory control.
Warehouse Accounting
• Oversee warehouse accounting transactions including stock receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of warehouse inventories.
• Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls over warehouse operations.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to inventory and warehouse operations.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations, and internal financial controls.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
• B.Com, M.Com (Master of Commerce) , CA Inter
Experience
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in Inventory Accounting, Plant Accounting, and Warehouse Accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries will be preferred.
