Role Description This is a full time, on-site Franchise Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, and driving outlet network expansion in key markets. The role includes generating and nurturing leads, conducting meetings and presentations, and coordinating site evaluations with internal stakeholders.



The Franchise Sales Manager will prepare business plans for prospective franchisees, support them through documentation and onboarding, and maintain solid, professional relationships to ensure successful openings. The position also involves tracking sales performance, providing regular reports to leadership, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align growth strategies.
