About the Role

Drive store expansion and property acquisition initiatives across the South Region. Identify and secure suitable retail locations in line with the company's growth strategy and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive store expansion and property acquisition initiatives across the West Region.
• Identify and secure suitable retail locations in line with the company's growth strategy and business plans.
• Conduct market surveys, site evaluations, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to identify high-potential locations.
• Lead commercial negotiations, lease finalization, renewals, and re-negotiations with landlords and property owners.
• Coordinate with vendors for site inspections and prepare detailed recce reports prior to property acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Projects, SCM, HR, and Training teams to ensure timely store launches.
• Ensure all legal agreements and documentation comply with statutory requirements while minimizing organizational risks.




• Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and consultants.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans to strengthen the brand's presence across the assigned territory.
• Monitor and track store opening milestones to ensure successful project execution within timelines.

Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

Required Skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Property Acquisition, Retail Expansion, or Land Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate, lease negotiations, and market assessment.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Skills
• Experience working with retail, QSR, FMCG, or franchise-based business models will be preferred.
