About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Specialist to manage customer queries, assist users throughout their consultation journey, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience on our platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
• Assist users with consultation bookings, payments, wallet balance, refunds, and technical issues.
• Help customers connect with the right consultants based on their requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience is satisfactory.




• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve consultation-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to the support process.
• Help improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat consultations.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and support systems.
• Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
• Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or an online service/consultation platform will be an advantage.
