Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Tamil Nadu, India, responsible for driving client acquisition and brand growth for ZenCure’s corporate wellness services. This role includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategies,



identifying and qualifying leads, and building long-term relationships with HR leaders, corporate decision-makers, and wellness partners. The Sales Marketing Manager will manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinate corporate wellness events and demos, and create targeted messaging and collateral that clearly communicate ZenCure’s offerings. Day-to-day tasks involve prospect outreach, pitch presentations, proposal development, pipeline management, and performance reporting, as well as collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of wellness programs. The role also requires staying informed about workplace wellness trends to refine strategies and positioning in the market.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing B2B deals.
• Strong marketing skills, such as campaign planning, brand position
