ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) to help build and scale our outbound sales engine. This is more than a traditional SDR position. You will work directly with the Founder, gain first-hand exposure to building a business from the ground up, and play a central role in generating pipeline and driving growth. For the right candidate, the role offers a transparent path to Sales Lead / Sales Manager, based on performance, ownership, and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Build and manage the outbound sales pipeline from the ground up.
■ Prospect through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and personalized account based marketing (ABM).
■ Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and develop relevant, tailored outreach.
■ Build and maintain a prospect database, complementing the data provided by the company.
■ Nurture prospects through structured, consistent follow-up.
■ Record outreach, conversations, and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
■ Test different messaging, channels,



and approaches to continuously improve results.
■ Work with the Founder to build and refine the SDR playbook.

HOW WE WORK
You will have the freedom to shape your outreach approach, whether that means high-volume calling (100+ calls a day), highly personalized ABM, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or a combination of these. In the initial phase, the Founder will work closely with you, review your activity, and help identify what works best. The approach will evolve based on results.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
■ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. An MBA or business/technology background is a plus, not a requirement.

Must-have
■ 5 years of experience in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, or inside sales), ideally in B2B SaaS.
■ Proven track record of meetings booked and pipeline generated.
