Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in the elevator or lift manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and channel partners, and achieving sales targets for elevator products.

Key Responsibility
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the elevator and lift market.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and other potential clients.




• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions based on project specifications.
• Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and product presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions to close sales.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including technical, design, production, and installation, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain client databases, sales reports, pipeline updates, and order records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the organization's business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be an added advantage.
