About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their interior design requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the Sales/Design team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build robust relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to understand their interior design requirements.
* Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, website enquiries, referrals, campaigns, and other channels.
* Understand customer requirements such as home type, location, budget, possession date, and interior design needs.
* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities.




* Explain the company’s interior design services, offerings, process, and USPs to prospective customers.
* Schedule site visits, design consultations, or meetings between qualified customers and the Sales/Design team.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the pre-sales journey.
* Update lead details, call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM/lead management system.
* Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, qualification, appointment, and conversion targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
* Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex requirements to the relevant team.
* Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the Sales/Marketing team.
