Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, with multiple openings across sales, service, customer support, and operations functions.



Depending on the specific assignment, team members may assist customers in selecting vehicles or parts, manage showroom and yard activities, handle service bookings, coordinate with workshop staff, and support delivery and documentation processes. Daily responsibilities can include maintaining accurate records, updating digital systems, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for walk-in and repeat customers. Individuals may also support inventory checks, basic merchandising, follow-up calls, and coordination with internal departments to meet performance and quality standards. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, willingness to learn automotive product details, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced dealership setting.
