Role Description The BIM Engineer role at RDS is a full-time, in office position based in Chalakkudy. In this role, the BIM Engineer will develop, manage,
and coordinate BIM models across disciplines, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating construction drawings and documentation, collaborating with architecture, civil, and MEP teams, and resolving design and coordination issues within the BIM environment. The BIM Engineer will support project planning and scheduling activities, contribute to quantity take-offs and estimates, and assist in maintaining document and model version control. The role also involves working closely with project stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve design quality, and support effective on-site project delivery.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in multi-disciplinary model coordination.
