Role Description The Performance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational and employee performance across the company’s different business units. Day-to-day activities include setting performance metrics, tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports,



and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Performance Manager will collaborate with leadership and team leads to conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and design training or coaching interventions. The role also involves supporting budgeting and resource allocation decisions, communicating performance expectations clearly, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
