Role Description The Accounting and Billing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Indorewala ENT Hospital in Nashik.



This role involves managing day-to-day billing operations, including generating and verifying invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate posting of charges to patient accounts. The executive will monitor billing cycles, reconcile accounts, and assist in resolving discrepancies or billing queries in coordination with clinical and administrative teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining financial records, supporting daily cash and bank reconciliations, and preparing basic finance-related reports for management. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements while delivering transparent and courteous communication to patients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
