About CSi (Customer, Strategy & Intelligence)
CSi is the Customer, Strategy & Intelligence division of Landmark Group Globally. It brings together the former DLL (Data Labs Landmark), the Group Loyalty function (Shukran), Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Martech.

Job Location: 77 Town Center, 3, Yemalur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037

Who are we looking for?
• Experience: 2.5 to 4.5 years
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any quantitative discipline. Candidates from Economics, Statistics, Operations Research or Mathematics background from reputable institutions will be preferred.
• Experience of working in areas of retail like Inventory Management, Location/Space optimization, Assortment Planning, pricing, shelf placements.
• Expertise in programming language such as Python, SQL is a must and Pyspark good to have.




• Expertise in predictive analytics techniques around Optimization, classification or regression, clustering, A/B testing, Time Series, demand forecasting, Tree-based algorithms and model assembling techniques.
• Expertise in visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Strong drive and passion to deliver business impact through retail Analytics.
• Robust business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations.
