About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with robust hands-on experience in generating sales through paid and organic digital channels and managing a digital marketing team.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, campaign performance and lead/customer quality.
The candidate will be accountable for sales, revenue, ROAS/ROI and overall digital marketing performance,



while ensuring the team delivers campaigns and marketing activities on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, assign responsibilities, set priorities, monitor performance and ensure timely execution of all activities.
• Develop and execute sales-focused digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns, remarketing, native advertising, display and other acquisition channels to drive sales and qualified leads.
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers and landing page experiences to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Identify, test and scale new digital acquisition channels, audiences, campaigns and partnerships based on performance.
• Take ownership of digital marketing P&L;, including marketing budgets, revenue, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, ROI and overall campaign profitability
