1. To send the offers and maintain enquiries.
2. Execution of samples, sample documents and approval follow up.
3. Updating customer orders in order book and dispatch plan entries.
4. Coordination with customer for shipping instructions, labels, freights confirmations, delivery schedules, specifications, documents, queries and shipment advise sharing.
5. Sale order generation.
6. Invoice checking and dispatch update on daily basis.
7. Coordination internally with production, QC, packaging and logistics.
8. Service PR generation.
9. Follow up for invoices, packing lists, COO, health certificates, BL, shipping documents and other export documentation and sending them to customers.
10. Payments tracking and follow-up.
11. Tracking delivery status of shipments.
