Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for BPO/Call Center Operators located in Hajipur and Hyderabad.



The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about services and solutions. Operators will manage customer issues, generate leads, escalate complex concerns when necessary, and document interactions in the call center system. Daily tasks include following standardized scripts and processes, maintaining high-quality customer service, and meeting performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction. Team members are expected to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve call handling, share feedback from customers, and maintain professionalism during all interactions.
