We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and solution-oriented intern who wants to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to improving customer experiences and product operations.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience & Operations Intern, you will work across customer support, mobility operations, UX research, and basic data analytics. You will interact with customers, understand their concerns, assist with operational challenges,



identify recurring problems, and help the team improve the overall user experience.

This is an entry-level chance designed for students and fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Support
- Respond to customer queries professionally and empathetically.
- Assist customers with ride-related questions, bookings, cancellations, payments, and platform usage, as applicable.
- Record customer complaints, track their status, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

2. Operations & Issue Handling
- Assist with coordination between passengers, drivers, and the internal team.
- Identify routine operational issues and follow established resolution procedures.
- Stay calm in unexpected situations and escalate urgent safety concerns to the responsible team members.
