About the Role
The role involves managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including campaign execution, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, audience segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis. It also includes creating and optimising responsive email templates using HTML/CSS, maintaining database hygiene, and supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Create, schedule, test, and optimize email journeys, automations, and campaigns.




• Develop responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Perform audience segmentation, personalization, and data management for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Support WhatsApp Business and other digital marketing campaigns when required.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Positive understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and audience segmentation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation and editing.
• Familiarity with CR
