About Us: Sri Dwar is a digital platform for the Dharmic ecosystem. We bring devotees, temples, pujaris and Dharmic experts closer through technology: online puja booking, live darshan, a temple and priest directory, and Naam Seva, where a devotee’s name is offered at a sacred temple.

Our platform is live on the web and Android and is already serving devotees. Our belief is simple: Connect. Contribute. Preserve.

The chance: We are looking for a hands-on co-founder to work alongside the founder and take Sri Dwar from a working product to a growing, sustainable business. This is a partnership, not a salaried job. It means shared responsibility, shared risk and a long-term view.

What you would lead
• Business growth: a practical strategy to grow our devotee base and revenue.
• Marketing and distribution: better acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Partnerships: relationships with temples, pujaris, Dharmic experts and business partners.
• Execution: taking ownership of agreed priorities and turning them into measurable results.
• Planning:

helping shape the business and financial plan for the next stage.

Who we are looking for
You may be a strong fit if you have:
• built or scaled a startup or digital business
• grown revenue through marketing, sales or partnerships
• managed operations, strategy or financial planning
• experience with platforms or marketplaces

Above all, we value integrity, respect for Dharmic traditions, practical thinking, transparency and long-term commitment.

Why explore this
• Join a live platform, not an idea on paper.
• Work directly with the founder.
• Shape the next phase of growth.
• Build something at the meeting point of technology and Dharmic life.

Terms of the partnership: Role, commitment, ownership and structure will be discussed privately with shortlisted candidates, subject to due diligence, mutual agreement and proper legal documentation.

How to apply: Send a short introduction: your background, key achievements, wha
