Why This Role Matters

Most GTM teams wait for demand to declare itself. This role builds the systems that find it first. As Manager — AI GTM and Market Intelligence, you will own the engine that identifies high-fit D2C merchants before they raise a hand, the internal tools Marketing and Sales rely on daily to see what our spend is actually producing, and the proprietary data stories that establish GoKwik’s authority in the market. This is a builder’s role rather than an analyst’s: the output is working software and published research other teams depend on, not reports. You will use AI as your primary build leverage, partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Brand and PR,



and own each system end to end — from the idea to the thing running in production.

What You’ll Own

• AI Outbound & Signal Pipeline - Own GoKwik’s outbound motion end to end: build the ICP from proprietary merchant data and third-party market sources, detect intent signals such as checkout migrations, funding rounds and founder activity, and convert them into AI-personalised outreach that reaches high-fit D2C brands before they enter the market.
• Marketing Intelligence Platform - Own the internal tools Marketing, Sales and CS run on: the funnel from lead to go-live, ad spend joined to closed deals for true cost-per-outcome, competitive share of voice, and self-serve AI reporting that removes the dependency on manual data pulls. Each tool ships with a user guide and must be actively used by the team it was built for.
