Location: Remote
Compensation: Fixed Monthly Stipend of ₹30,000, subject to conversion requirements ( one conversion a month ), plus 20% incentive on every additional successful conversion after the first conversion.

As a Business Growth Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, building business relationships, and converting qualified prospects into paying clients.
The role combines business development, sales, and strategic growth activities.



Compensation is linked to meeting the minimum monthly conversion requirement, with additional incentives for successful conversions beyond the first.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across relevant industries.
• Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
• Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and business challenges.
• Present and pitch Stravyn Hill's consulting services to potential clients.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions throughout the conversion process.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies, sales messaging, and conversion rates.
