Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal. In this position, the team member will manage client accounts, assist with bookkeeping, prepare and review financial records, and support the preparation of reports and documentation. The role includes maintaining accurate ledgers, reconciling accounts, tracking payables and receivables, and coordinating with clients to gather required financial information. The Account Executive will also help ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and company policies,



collaborate with colleagues on periodic audits, and support process improvements in the firm’s accounting workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a firm or corporate setting, is an advantage.
• Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
