It organizes information about job seekers and makes it searchable. As its name implies, an ATS tracks candidates through the hiring process. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data & Business Analyst who can analyze business and financial data, audit reports, identify discrepancies, and provide meaningful insights to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, financial reporting, reconciliations, and business analysis.



The candidate must be able to work independently, understand business requirements, and convert data into accurate reports and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL.
• Write queries using joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, temporary tables, and window functions.
• Prepare and maintain financial, operational, and management reports.
• Audit financial data and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Analyze P&L;, revenue, costs, accounts receivable, collections, DSO, WIP, and other business metrics.
• Perform month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, year-over-year, and forecast-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Identify data discrepancies, unusual trends, duplicate records, and reporting errors.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
