Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the solar project portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and leading negotiations with commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial clients.



The role involves preparing proposals and quotations for solar EPC projects, coordinating closely with technical and project teams to ensure accurate system sizing, pricing, and feasibility, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders. The Sales Manager will track market trends, competitor activity, and policy changes in the renewable energy sector, report on sales performance, and contribute to strategic sales planning and marketing initiatives.
