Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React) along with Node.js exposure. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing scalable applications, leading development initiatives, and working across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Build robust RESTful APIs using Java & Spring Boot.
• Develop interactive UI components using Angular and/or React.
• Contribute to backend services using Node.js (where applicable).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
• Ensure quality assurance through testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 12+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in:
o Java (Core + Advanced)
o Spring Boot / Spring Framework (MVC, Security, Microservices)
o SQL / RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Frontend expertise in:
o Angular (preferred) and/or React.js
• Experience with Node.js for backend/middleware development.
• Robust understanding of:
o REST APIs & Microservices Architecture
o Design patterns and OOP principles
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
