Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Executive – Bids & Tendering to manage end-to-end tender analysis, proposal development, pricing, cost estimation, and commercial negotiations for ERP implementation and related projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the EPC or IT industry, with a solid understanding of tender documents, commercial pricing models, financial analysis, and contract risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Analysis & Proposal Management

Review and analyse RFPs, RFIs, RFQs,



and tender documents to identify key requirements, compliance criteria, risks, and commercial obligations.

Coordinate with sales, presales, technical, project, and delivery teams to gather relevant inputs.

Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.

Maintain proposal templates, pricing documents, case studies, and standard contractual clauses.

• Pricing & Financial Modelling

Develop pricing models, including Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Cost-Plus models.

Prepare cost estimates, rate cards, milestone-based billing schedules, and payment terms.

Conduct profitability and margin analysis to ensure commercial viability.

Revise pricing and cost estimates based on changes in project scope and client requirements.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and cost calculations.
