Role Description The P&L; Head – Primary Sales role at Brad Realty is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for owning and driving the primary sales business, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization across residential, retail, and commercial segments. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, tracking performance against budgets, and analyzing market trends to refine pricing and go-to-market strategies.



The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, overseeing key account relationships, and coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution. The P&L; Head is also expected to develop sales processes, monitor pipeline health, prepare regular performance reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

12 years of experience in Real Estate and Sales Domain
Strong understanding of Bengaluru Real estate Market
