About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives to join our Coffee Day Express kiosk by Café Coffee Day. The role involves handling customers, taking orders, managing counter sales, and ensuring a pleasant service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and take orders accurately.
- Handle counter sales and cash/ digital payments.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the kiosk.
- Ensure proper display and availability of products.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain basic stock and inventory records.
- Follow company policies, food safety, and operational standards.

Eligibility




- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Hotel Management graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
