Job Title: Dealership Development Manager – Electric Buses

Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and business-driven Dealership Development Manager to expand our electric bus dealership network across India and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, onboarding new dealers, and strengthening relationships with existing channel partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Identify, develop, and appoint current dealerships and channel partners across India and overseas markets.
2. Generate new business leads, engage potential dealers, and convert prospects into successful partnerships.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure business continuity and long-term growth.
4. Drive sales performance by ensuring regular follow-ups, monitoring dealership targets, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential markets, business opportunities,



and competitor activities.
6. Develop and implement strategies for dealership expansion and electric bus market penetration.
7. Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and operations.
8. Monitor dealer performance and work towards achieving business development and sales objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in dealership development, channel sales, business development, or the automobile/EV industry.
3. Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
4. Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new business partners, and convert opportunities into sales.
5. Good understanding of dealer networks, market expansion, and sales strategies.
