About the Company
4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. specializes in the design, supply and execution of sports infrastructure projects, including synthetic turfs, sports flooring, wooden flooring and kids’ play areas.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Follow up on assigned CRM leads, understand customer requirements and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Customer Meetings & Site Visits: Conduct customer meetings and site inspections across Vizag and Andhra Pradesh to assess project requirements and feasibility.
• Solution Presentation: Recommend suitable sports infrastructure solutions and explain specifications, execution timelines and commercial terms.
• Quotation Management: Coordinate quotation preparation, present proposals, ensure timely submission and follow up until closure.
• Negotiation & Sales Closure: Handle customer objections,



negotiate within approved pricing guidelines and drive opportunities towards order confirmation.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales, site visit, quotation and conversion targets.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Accounts and Project teams for smooth project handover and execution.
• Payment Collections: Follow up on advance payments, milestone payments and outstanding dues in coordination with the Accounts team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with schools, institutions, contractors, builders, sports academies and corporate clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Market Development: Identify current business opportunities and expand the company's presence across Vizag and other Andhra Pradesh markets.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily/weekly reports on leads, site visits, quotations, closur
