House of Evia is a handcrafted & bold jewellery brand made for confident, powerful women. Every piece is designed to be worn with intent. We're a young, fast-moving brand, and we're building the team that will shape what Evia becomes.
About the Role
This is not a role where you wait for instructions. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founder across strategy, marketing, operations and growth. You'll see how a brand is built from the inside, and your work will have visible impact from day one.
We're hiring at two levels:
• Intern: for students and fresh graduates who are hungry to learn fast
• Executive: for those with 1–2 years of experience who are ready to own outcomes
What You'll Do
• Work alongside the founder on day-to-day priorities and key business decisions
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations and content
• Track sales, website and social media performance, and turn insights into action
• Research markets, trends and competitors to find new growth opportunities
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors and partners to keep operations running smoothly
• Own special projects end to end, from idea to launch to results
• Help build the systems and processes a growing brand needs
Who You Are
• You think like an owner and take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and can bring structure to it
• You're curious about why customers buy, and why they don't
• You communicate clearly and aren't afraid to share your opinion
• You move rapid, learn from mistakes and follow through
• You have a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, D2C brands or entrepreneurship
Good to Have
• Experience with Instagram, Notion, Google Analytics or similar tools
• Exposure to a startup or founder-led business
• Basic skills in Canva, Excel / Google Sheets or content
