Role Description As a Member at MeHAN, you will work full time on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, contributing to diagnostic-led advisory projects that help clients improve AI adoption. You will support the design and delivery of pulse checks and team-wide diagnostics, gather and interpret organizational data,



and help translate findings into clear, actionable insights for client teams. You will collaborate with colleagues to shape custom programs that address behavioral, cultural, and leadership barriers to AI usage, and assist in tracking impact and adoption metrics over time. The role involves direct interaction with client stakeholders, participation in workshops and discussions, and ongoing documentation and reporting to ensure clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with diagnostic data, surveys, or structured assessments.
