Sr Associate – Cosmetics
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2–3 Years | Function: Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
• Order management in system for B2B dispatches for all market places / channels.
• Familiarity with OMS / WMS system is essential
• Completion of B2B order delivery process (uploading PL, ad hoc marketplace requirements)
• Extensive coordination with transporters for delivery schedule adherence
• Coordinate with warehouse team for daily distribution plan
• RTO for B2B dispatches and coordination with respective POC for closure and inventory management.
• Prepare daily/weekly fulfillment MIS and track operational KPIs.
• Managing daily adhoc activities including for fulfillment




• Procurement of warehouse packing material for daily dispatches

What We're Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Fulfillment / Supply Chain.
• Mandatory hands-on experience across both E-commerce AND Quick Commerce.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
• Experience in Cosmetics / Beauty / FMCG / Personal Care will be preferred.
• Experience in WMS / OMS systems
• Excellent Excel Skills
