? Position: Risk Analyst
? Experience: 2–3 Years
? Industry: NBFC / Fintech Preferred
What We're Looking For:
* Hands-on experience in an NBFC or lending environment
* Robust knowledge of Risk Modeling & Credit Risk Assessment
* Experience in developing and monitoring Scorecards
* Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate Fraud Risks
* Understanding of Collections & Portfolio Performance
* Proficiency in data analysis and risk monitoring frameworks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor risk models and scorecards
* Analyze portfolio performance and risk trends
* Detect and investigate fraudulent activities
* Recommend risk mitigation strategies
* Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams
* Support data-driven lending and policy decisions
