Role Description The Assistant Manager – Insurance will be responsible for managing insurance products and processes, supporting sales activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service for insurance clients. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, focused on coordinating with internal teams and external partners to drive insurance business growth and compliance.



Daily tasks include assisting in policy issuance and renewals, analyzing customer needs, preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves supporting team members, resolving escalated customer issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to local initiatives that improve insurance operations and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Insurance, with the ability to understand insurance products, underwriting basics, and financial implications.
• Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including lead follow-up, cross-selling or up-selling insurance solutions, and achieving assigned targets.
• Proven Team Management skills to support, coordinate, and guide team members toward shared goals and service standards.
