In this role, you will:

• Design outcome-driven performance frameworks using OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, KPIs and role-specific success metrics aligned with institutional goals.
• Develop performance measures and scorecards covering productivity, quality, impact and competencies, with explicit targets and weightages.
• Modernise appraisal processes through continuous performance management, 360-degree feedback,



performance calibration and development plans.
• Build rewards and recognition programmes linked to measurable outcomes, innovation and individual and team contributions.
• Apply HR analytics, AI-enabled platforms and dashboards to track progress, identify performance gaps and support evidence-based decisions.
