Role Description The Export Sales Manager role is an on-site position based in Rajkot,



responsible for developing and managing international sales for Hydrobenz’s precision metal parts and mechanical assemblies. This role involves identifying and cultivating current export markets, maintaining relationships with existing overseas customers, and negotiating contracts and pricing to meet revenue and margin targets. The Export Sales Manager will coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance with international standards, and customer satisfaction. Daily activities include preparing sales forecasts, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, participating in trade shows or virtual meetings, and ensuring adherence to export regulations and documentation requirements. The role also includes creating and implementing business plans to expand global market share and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
