Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nanded. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Synapian’s software and digital solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The specialist will coordinate marketing activities such as creating basic promotional materials, supporting online campaigns, and participating in events or client meetings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships,



responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about services and pricing. The role also includes collaborating with the technical team to align client expectations with project delivery and tracking sales and marketing metrics to support business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients on solutions and support onboarding when needed.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology, software services, or digital solutions sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Nanded, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM or similar tools to track activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
